Bill/Issue: HR 1207, the “Stop Online Ammunition Sales Act of 2021”

Summary: Institutes a federal licensing scheme for ammunition retailers, prohibits online ammunition sales, and establishes reporting requirements for ammunition purchases.
This bill amends Title 18, United States Code to require anyone selling ammunition to first obtain a license from the federal government. This will decrease availability and increase the price of ammunition nationwide.
HR 1207 also outlaws any sale of ammunition online to anyone without a license from the federal government. If passed into law, all ammo sales would have to be in person.
All ammo retailers would be required by law to keep track of buyers and report “bulk purchases” (defined as 1,000 rounds) to state police or local law enforcement.

Background
HR1 – It’s anything but, “For the People”.
1) It unconstitutionally removes election authority from the states and places the federal government in control of our voting system.
2) It automatically registers people to vote based on government and private records, and individuals who do not wish to vote will be forced to decline their registration.
3) It tracks and makes public every single donation dollar. This can inform opposition groups with everything they needed to target people. (Some groups have openly threatened this.)
4) It changes the Federal Election Commission from a neutral body into a partisan-controlled group with little accountability to the voters. This places the election under the control of whatever party is currently in power.

The U.S House of Representatives passed a version of VAWA reauthorization legislation on March 17, 2021. This version contained a number of firearms provisions that go well beyond the original intent of the legislation. After negotiations between several Senators, S. 3623, the VAWA Reauthorization Act, was introduced in the U.S. Senate. However, this bill still includes concerning provisions, such as the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) Denial Notification Act.
The NICS is the system intended to prevent individuals barred from owning firearms from purchasing firearms from a federal firearms licensee (FFL). I agree that requiring local law enforcement to be notified of every failed NICS check, even when those denials occur in error, could result in undue legal burdens on law-abiding gun owners and FFLs. S. 3623 currently awaits further consideration before the Senate.
I have long supported efforts to advance strong protections for victims of violence and abuse, serving as the Republican lead on numerous pieces of legislation that do just that. Since 1994, VAWA has helped victims and families in our communities by making substantial progress toward ending domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking. I was also a proud supporter of the program’s most recent authorization, which was enacted in March 2013. VAWA continues to award millions of dollars in grants to states, tribes, local governments, nonprofit organizations and universities to combat domestic violence. Legislation that seeks to reauthorize the provisions of VAWA must be focused on protecting women from domestic violence and must respect the constitutional rights of Americans.
Let me reassure you, I do not support any further gun control. We as Americans must protect and preserve our constitutional right to bear arms. I will not support any legislation that will hinder the ability of law-abiding citizens to acquire a firearm.
The Second Amendment reads: “A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.” I firmly believe this provision prohibits the federal government from denying citizens this right.

Stop Human and Narcotics Trafficking
Each month the number of illegal aliens apprehended along our USA Southern border increases by a large percentage. Only the state of Texas counted 200,000 in March 2022. This does not include the drug cartels, human trafficking coyotes, narcotics traffickers and international terrorists that evaded all law enforcement and National guard.
The fentanyl traffic from China into Mexico to be added into other drugs is a greater pandemic than covid. It has caused the loss of life of more Americans than covid-19, the treatments for it, suicide and also traffic fatalities. Plano, Texas north of Dallas has the highest fatality rate from fentanyl in the entire state. Occurring in the rich suburbs, presumably from intentionally taking narcotics. Statistics in cities and other states are worse.

United Nations is funding IOM which is funding human trafficking. Including giving out debit cards to illegal aliens. Make Your Voice Count! The Basics
As citizens, we have the right to petition our government and make our voices heard.
Congress members and state legislators are very busy people—so busy, they often do not have the time to read the contents of the bills they sign or research how their constituents feel about them.
Calling and writing are the best ways to make your opinion known.
The best contacts are when you can visit them (mainly their staffers) in their capitol or home offices.
Of course, you may not have time for that and that’s okay.
The next best thing is to send a letter as those are so rare these days.
A phone call is the next best way to reach them.
Emails do count too but they do get so many these days!
A good technique if you can find the time is to end an email and follow up with a phone call.

Writing

Letters should be addressed to your representative’s office, locally or in Washington, DC.
What to Write
–Start your letter or email by addressing them. Ex: Dear Honorable [their title (Senator or Representative)] [their name],
-Identify yourself as a constituent, come to the point quickly, and keep your message under one page. You can include attachments or enclosures (articles backing up your point), but do not overwhelm the reader.
-Keep your messages to one single point. Send another separate letter or email for other topics.
-If you do not know the senator/representatives position, do ask what it is and offer factual evidence why she or he should support your view.
-Do not use profanity or insults. If you disagree with your representative’s position, state your objections clearly and provide facts to explain why you believe she or he should support your view.
-If you know of a particular bill under consideration in the Senate or Congress, reference that bill in your letter so the reader will know that it is a bill under consideration.
-Send in a typed or neatly handwritten letter on clean white paper or stationary.
-Remember that in most cases “the reader” will be a member of the representative’s staff, not the representatives personally, however, address your letter to the representative or senator. These staffers are the ones who do most of the work. They do matter!
-Provide contact information, including home address and phone, especially if you want someone to contact you.

These are liberties we are at risk of losing.
Issue One - Right to Bear Arms
Nothing ensures our other freedoms more than the one that guarantees our sovereignty, Our right to bear arms. America’s founding fathers did not give us the second amendment to ensure a right to hunt, or even to defend ourselves. This right was to ensure our freedom from a tyrannical government.
We identify and track legislation to stop legislation against the second amendment and to promote pro legislation.
We are prompting sanctuary counties and states. We are writing sanctuary state legislation for some states.

Issue Two - Freedom Of Speech
Never has our freedom of speech been under attack like now. The corporate elite of social media have all locked arms to limit what we can say and even seem to be trying to limit what we can think.
We identify and track legislation to stop legislation against the first amendment and to promote pro legislation.
With our Hall of Shame we list corporations to boycott
With our Hall of Fame we list corporations to support
We are considering potential lawsuits against corporations that unduly attack our freedoms.
Issue Three - Medical Independence
Why should governments or workplaces be able to demand what you have to take into the privacy of your body? This is even more true when the substances or vaccinations are experimental and the illness they purport to stop does not have a very high mortality rate.
We have identified an extensive set of federal vaccination legislation to include its sponsors and are tracking where it is in the committee process to stop legislation against our freedoms.
We are working with state representatives on bills to preserve our freedoms at the state level.
We have different members that have different opinions . We are an opinion platform. We recognize the first amendment. We encourage people’s opinions because we recognize the first amendment freedom.
